Violence erupted in Murshidabad West Bengal on 11 and 12th April 2025. Primarily It was protest against the Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025. That protest turned violent. Police Vehicles were damaged and burnt, Attacked on hindus houses, shops and temples. on 12th April Haragovinda Das and Chandas Das were murdered in da light.
