55.3: Simon Harmer to Pat Cummins, OUT! FIFER FOR HARMER! A very well-deserved one. The delivery is full and pitched in line, going away with the angle. Cummins pushes forward to defend but is beaten, with the ball crashing into his back thigh. A huge, confident shout for LBW by everyone around the bat, and the umpire raises his finger without hesitation. Cummins wastes no time in opting for a review. UltraEdge confirms no bat involved, and Ball Tracking shows that the ball has pitched just in line, and it is umpire's call with the ball clipping the off stump. The on-field decision is upheld, leaving the Proteas just one wicket away from wrapping things up.
55.2: Simon Harmer to Pat Cummins, Beats the bat again! Fires it too full and outside off, Cummins is drawn forward and looks to push it straight but gets beaten by a whisker.
55.1: Simon Harmer to Pat Cummins, Sliding outside off on a length, Cummins lets it through.
134.4: Pat Cummins to Wiaan Mulder, OUT! CAUGHT! A wonderful innings from Wiaan Mulder comes to an end, and that's that for the day. Newlands rises as one to applaud a magnificent knock from Mulder. South Africa have been bowled out for 387, setting Australia 288 to chase on the final day. Coming to the action, Cummins goes into the wicket and does not offer much pace, on off. Mulder stands tall and tries to drag the pull in front of square on the leg side. Ends up hitting a lot straighter and slices it down the throat of long on, where Mitchell Starc makes no mistake, taking the catch well in off the ropes.
134.3: Pat Cummins to Wiaan Mulder, A flash and a miss! Bowled on a back of a length, outside off. The width is there for Mulder to cash in but he can only connect with thin air.
134.2: Pat Cummins to Wiaan Mulder, Off-cutter by Cummims, bowled into the deck, on off. Mulder waits on it before dragging the pull between deep square leg and deep mid-wicket. With no possibility of a second there, the batters do not run.
134.1: Pat Cummins to Wiaan Mulder, Absolutely smoked but straight to the fielder. Cummins slips in a full ball with a bit of a tail back into the right-hander. Mulder hangs deep in the crease, clears the front leg and mows it straight to Nathan Lyon at deep mid-wicket.

133.3: Nathan Lyon to Wiaan Mulder, Pushed through, shorter and on middle. Mulder whips it off the back foot towards wide long on but does not take the single.
133.2: Nathan Lyon to Wiaan Mulder, Wider on off, not all that short, spins back a bit. Mulder covers the off stump and tucks his bat close to his body to make the leave.
133.1: Nathan Lyon to Wiaan Mulder, SIX! Parked onto the grass bank! Flighted delivery, Lyon misses the rough outside the off stump. Mulder takes a step across the stumps and sinks to a knee before clobbering it over deep mid-wicket for a maximum.

132.4: Pat Cummins to Wiaan Mulder, SIX! That sounded good, and it is long enough. Cross-seam ball, on a back of a length. This sits up to be hit around the thigh, and Mulder takes full toll. He takes on the fielder at deep square leg and clears him with ease. The lead is now 279.
132.3: Pat Cummins to Wiaan Mulder, Goes past the bat! Delivers it on a good length, holding its line, around off. Mulder has a fiddle at the ball and is beaten past the outside edge.
132.3: Pat Cummins to Wiaan Mulder, Wide! Off-cutter, bowled into the wicket, the tennis ball bounce takes it over the head of the batter. Mulder lets it go. Wide given for height.
132.2: Pat Cummins to Wiaan Mulder, Digs it in short, at the left shoulder. Mulder climbs into the pull. Hits it flat and on the bounce. Marnus Labuschagne is in the shade, and the ball comes at him from the sun. It skips across the turf but he does well to move to his left and make the stop.
132.1: Pat Cummins to Wiaan Mulder, At 135.4 kph, on a nagging length, on middle. Mulder hangs back, goes behind the line and defends it down on the leg side.
125.1: Marco Jansen to Cooper Connolly, OUT! CAUGHT AND BOWLED! Marco Jansen removes Cooper Connolly, and that's that for Australia, who finish with a 100-run lead. Jansen steams in from around the wicket with the field set for a short ball. Lands it a lot fuller, on middle. Connolly clears the front leg and has a swing at it. Spoons it down the deck. Jansen gets both hands to his right on his follow-through and takes the catch at knee height.
124.6: Wiaan Mulder to Josh Hazlewood, This is more on a back of a length, on off. Hazlewood keeps it out from the crease.
124.5: Wiaan Mulder to Josh Hazlewood, Pushes the length up, on off. Hazlewood stabs it down on the off side.
124.4: Wiaan Mulder to Josh Hazlewood, FOUR! What a way to get off the mark. With this boundary, Australia's lead is now 100. Delivers it on a good length, outside off. Hazlewood does not move his feet at all but just extends his hands into the shot. Drives it on the up through covers and it races away.
124.3: Wiaan Mulder to Nathan Lyon, OUT! CAUGHT! Wiaan Mulder has his man. Nathan Lyon's vigil comes to an end. This one moves away in the air and lands on a nagging length outside off. Lyon could have left it alone, but perhaps wary of the ball jagging back in, he has a feel for it away from his body. The outside edge flies quickly towards second slip, where Simon Harmer takes a sharp catch at knee height and falls to the ground to cushion it safely. Australia are now 9 down for 425, leading by 96 runs.
124.2: Wiaan Mulder to Nathan Lyon, Gets the yorker in at 132 kph, on off. Lyon hurriedly gets his bat down. The bat turns in his hand as he jams it out off the toe end of the blade.
124.1: Wiaan Mulder to Nathan Lyon, Hurls it on a good length, nipping back a bit, on off. Lyon stabs it down on the off side.

123.5: Marco Jansen to Cooper Connolly, A bit of yes and no! Bowled on a hard length, on off. Cooper stands tall to ride the bounce and drops it in front of point. He is keen for a single but Lyon says no and sends him back.
123.4: Marco Jansen to Cooper Connolly, Cannoned into the helmet! Jansen switches to over the wicket now and goes into the deck in line with the off stump. Connolly takes his eyes off the ball and ducks but the ball does not rise much and thuds into the helmet above the badge. Nathan Lyon is quick to check up on his partner.
123.3: Marco Jansen to Cooper Connolly, Another short ball with no real pace behind it, on middle. Connolly sits under it but leaves his bat hanging like a periscope, and the ball passes harmlessly.
123.2: Marco Jansen to Cooper Connolly, Seemed like the slower, short ball by Jansen, bowled at 122.6 kph, on middle. Connolly drops his wrists and arches back to let the ball go through. It does not rise much and goes on the bounce to Ryan Rickelton.
123.1: Marco Jansen to Cooper Connolly, From around the wicket, a bumper, over off. Connolly rises and fends it down on the off side.
82.3: Mitchell Starc to Kagiso Rabada, OUT! LBW! Trapped in front. Mitchell Starc completes the mop-up job with the second new ball. There are few sights better than a fired-up Starc with the new ball in hand. From 327/6, South Africa have been bowled out for 329. Mitchell spears in a full ball, landing around the leg stump. Rabada brings his bat out in front of the front pad to keep it out. The ball moves away late, and Rabada is undone by the movement through the air. He plays down the wrong line and gets pinged low on the front pad right in front of the stumps. Australia go up in unison, and the finger is raised. Kagiso takes the review, more in hope than anything else. Daylight between the bat and the ball, and the Ball Tracking comes up as three reds, with the ball just about landing in line with the leg stump and going on to crash into the leg pole.
82.2: Mitchell Starc to Kagiso Rabada, A beauty by Starc, but it does not bring about a wicket. The length is pulled back, in and around the off stump. Rabada hangs back to defend but the ball moves away to square him up and whistles past the blade.
82.1: Mitchell Starc to Gerald Coetzee, OUT! CASTLED! FIVE WICKETS FOR STARC. 20th five-wicket haul for Starc in Tests, and he is on a hat-trick now. Hooping back in at the pads, full in length. Coetzee plays all around it and gets hit on the pads before the ball deflects and crashes into the stumps, with the leg pole getting knocked out of the ground. The left-arm seamer has wreaked absolute havoc with the second new ball. South Africa are now 9 down for 329.
81.6: Pat Cummins to Simon Harmer, Outside off and a bit full in length, Harmer lets it pass.
81.5: Pat Cummins to Simon Harmer, Attacks the stumps with a full ball, does Cummins. Harmer drags his bat in front and blocks it to the off side.

81.1: Pat Cummins to Simon Harmer, On a back of a lenght, outside the off stump, Harmer lets it through.
80.6: Mitchell Starc to Marco Jansen, OUT! KNOCKED HIM OVER! This is Mitchell Starc at his very best. He spears in a fuller-length delivery that swings in from the fourth stump line. Marco Jansen attempts a cover drive, but his bat comes down a fraction late, and he is beaten on the inside edge as the ball crashes into the off stump. Starc has four wickets to his name now, and with Jansen gone after a magnificent 52, the Proteas are 8 down for 328.
80.5: Mitchell Starc to Simon Harmer, Hits the length hard on the bodyline, Simon Harmer tries to ride the bounce and nudge it to the leg side but misses and is hit high on the thigh pad. The ball deflects away to the off side and they cross over for a leg bye.
80.4: Mitchell Starc to Ryan Rickelton, OUT! LBW! Starc makes an immediate impact with the new ball and breaks the mighty 95-run stand. At 137.3 kmph, Starc swings one away on a fuller length around leg. Rickelton, shaping to flick it across to the leg side, is squared up by the movement and rapped on the back leg plumb in front of middle. Up goes the finger immediately on a confident appeal for LBW, and Rickelton walks without a second thought. That's the end of a quietly vital innings from Rickelton, and South Africa are 327/7.
80.3: Mitchell Starc to Ryan Rickelton, Beaten! Hits the length hard and shapes one away outside off. Rickelton chases the wide delivery, attempting to flay it over point, but fails to make contact.

57.1: Simon Harmer to Josh Hazlewood, OUT! BOWLED! It's all over. Fittingly, it's Harmer who delivers the final blow, capping a sensational spell with a six-wicket haul in the innings and a remarkable ten-wicket haul across the match. He leaps into the air in delight as his teammates rush in with hugs and handshakes. South Africa win by 176 runs and win the series 2-1. A flighted off-break by Simon from around the stumps, full and landing on middle stump. It dips, grips, and spins away sharply. Hazlewood pushes forward to defend, but is beaten on the outside edge as he fails to cover the turn. The ball clips the off stump, and that's the full stop to a memorable Test series.
