The ball sneaks under the bat and crashes into the pads. The finger is raised almost instantly but the third umpire is called in. In come the replays and there's clearly no bat involved. Ball Tracking shows three reds and Shepherd has to walk back after an entertaining cameo.

17.4: Vyshak Vijaykumar to Jitesh Sharma, OUT! TIMBER! Vyshak Vijaykumar does eventually see the back of the dangerous Jitesh Sharma. Length ball around off, angling back in. Sharma sets up deep in the crease and looks to get inside the line before swinging it over long on but loses his shape a bit. The ball takes the inside edge onto the thigh then deflects over onto one of the bails. A bit unlucky but Sharma has to depart for a fiery 24 off just 10 balls and Punjab get another timely wicket.

  • 0

17.3: Vyshak Vijaykumar to Jitesh Sharma, NOT OUT! Lovely length, just short of a good length and in the channel, seaming away too. Jitesh has a poke at it but seems to be beaten past the outside edge. There is half an appeal for caught behind and up goes the umpire's finger. However, Jitesh Sharma reviews it immediately. The third umpire thinks there is a gap and UltraEdge confirms the same. Decision overturned!

  • 1

17.2: Vyshak Vijaykumar to Romario Shepherd, Short again, at the batter, this time Shepherd ends up pulling it down towards deep mid-wicket for a single.

Romario Shepherd gets cramped for room and looks to still go through with the pull. Ends up skying it high and just over mid-wicket. Praveen Dubey charges in from the deep and just has to run around a bit and ends up losing his balance. The ball goes straight through the hands and the batters get a couple of runs. That could be a huge, huge miss for Punjab!
